To clarify confusion over whether this arrangement has a separate vocal line--yes, actually it does. The piece is written for voice with guitar accompaniment.
All guitar music is written on the treble clef, so the accompaniment is the lower staff and the singer is supposed to sing the top. Staff on an 'ah' which is also indicated in the music. This is exactly the opposite process of Ville d’Avril, because here I began with a complete transcription for guitar ensemble of the original gorgeous Aria, taken from the series of nine Bachianas brasileiras by Villa-Lobos (rightly considered as a second national anthem for Brazil), not the other way round.
