You probably wont find a rail section that matches the radius of that handguard. Every manufacturer's handguard has their own spec's and needs their own rails or attachment accessories created for it.
If you don't have the rail sections that came with the MFR, then call DD and order them. This is kind of why standardizing an attachment system for otherwise smooth handguards(m-lok or keymod) makes sense, to avoid crap like this, since otherwise hardly any of the manufacturers have the same mounting method.
