I don't know anything about this model, but most designers trigger door and ramp animations to the exit keys: shift-1,2,3, etc. And sometimes /. Take a look at any documentation which came with the model: Manual, readme, *.txt files, in-game kneepad, etc. If there are any special keypresses, they will usually be mentioned. Look at the aircraft.cfg file and the section: [Exits] which have entries for exit commands which are intended to trigger FS AI (cargo, fuel) for a clue as to what the designer had in mind.
If none of this works, it's likely the designer did not animate the feature in question. If so, there is nothing you can do about it. A lot of times the designers also like to use commands such as wing-fold and tailhook for cargo doors. I found the following in a review of this aircraft. The controls for these effects are hidden away on a kneeboard which is only accessible by activating a lever in the virtual cockpit. Once open, the kneeboard allows pilots to add or remove the visual effects listed above.
However, when adding the loadmaster/cargo visual effect, there is no alteration made to aircraft weight. Instead, users must then access the payload menu and manually increase the weight themselves. I think it would be better if adding or removing the visual effect caused the weight of the aircraft to be automatically adjusted accordingly, but I suspect this may be a limitation within FSX as the same issue existed for the F22 Raptor.
